Please read these Terms and Conditions (« Terms », « Terms and Conditions ») carefully before using our website and purchasing any WordPress plugin products.

Overview

This website is operated by WPJutsu. Throughout the site, the terms « we », « us » and « our » refer to WPJutsu. By accessing or using any part of the site or purchasing a plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Product Licensing

All plugins sold are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You may use them on as many websites as you like unless specified otherwise.

Some features, such as automatic updates or premium support, may require an active license key available with the purchase of a commercial license.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Paypal. Prices are displayed in USD ($).

Delivery

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with a download link for your purchased plugin(s). You can also access your purchases from your user account on the site.

Updates & Support

Free updates and support are provided for the duration of your active license. After expiration, you may renew to continue receiving updates and access to support.

Support is available via email or our support form and includes help with plugin usage and bug fixes.

Refund Policy

If, during the first fourteen (14) days following the purchase date, You experience a defect that makes the product’s material functions unusable, and following your cooperation with our support team we are unable to resolve it, then following your request we will issue a full refund of the Purchase price. For clarity, any defect or lack of use arising from a conflict or incompatibility with a third party product, is not covered by this policy, and nor are missing Product features.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following do not constitute a Purchase that would entitle you to another refund right:

  • purchasing a new additional license under a plan.
  • upgrading an existing Purchase – whether you are upgrading within the same plan (for example, purchasing additional license activations), upgrading from one plan to another plan (for example, from a ‘Starter’ account to a ‘Professional’ account), or upgrading to a different billing cycle (for example, from ‘monthly’ to ‘annual’); or

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our plugins for any unlawful purpose, nor violate any local, national or international laws. You may not resell or redistribute our plugins without express written permission, except where the GPL allows redistribution.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use the plugins.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
